Des has created the story of Leroy, The Magic Dragon to celebrate East Longmeadow's library expansion and to lead children through the process of discovering the magic and personal power of reading. The entire audience was enchanted with the program, the room was charged with energy! Her use of costuming, ventriloquism, music and storytelling was captivating.
